My name is Linda Pendergraft and I am a psychic with mystical abilities. Allow me to share with you my spiritual thoughts of the day.

A mystic is someone who perceives the spirituality and connectedness of all beings. A psychic is one who can read other people's subjective thoughts.

Each and every day our skin sheds, our cells renew so we must purge ourselves of negative thoughts. All is bright. All is new, fresh as the spring rose that is in bloom. Your life is a garden, which is our thoughts.

The beautiful garden is watered, pruned and loved. Our awareness must be the same as a garden. We need to control our thinking, always purging, fighting for the positive -- Linda Pendergraft

I love the rain. It is so beautiful and nourishing. The earth is being renewed. The rain is like tears we cry to cleanse our spirit and sometimes nourish our soul.

Heaven are the thoughts occupying our consciousness in every moment. We live with how we allow ourselves to think. Discipline is what is needed strong hard discipline.

Today is a new day. Yesterday is just a memory. In today, we can give and show affection to life. Stay patient and within this day. It is all that is granted us to live. When anxiety knocks at your consciousness, grab it and put it to sleep. Your purpose here is to believe in the good. There is goodness all around us mixed with the pain and suffering. When you become whole as a person you will know what peace is. You wil no longer be bothered and compared to yesterday's pain.

We are here to live our life the way we believe it should be lived. We are in the middle of life. We will always have interruptions as we go. What is important is that we stay positive in the face of the adversity. Take a deep breath when anxiety takes over your being.Think about it not being necessary and push it away. That always helps me in my life. I stop and realize that I am in the present moment, and all is new and the pain of yesterday is no longer here.

Everyone has the right to be happy. I want to be happy too.

When you are an abused child, you spend the rest of your life trying to make up for the pain. It stays with you for the rest of your life. In fact, some of us are reliving the pain over and over in the present, and the shadow is only there.

Most people are enslaved by their thoughts. It does not occur to us that we can become free from their grasp. From the moment we wake up in the morning to the moment we fall asleep at night, this chatter of the mind continues incessantly. The habit of thinking is very deeply ingrained in the human race. Yet, this habit can be undone.
To change or stop a habit we have to act consciously in the opposite direction. Whatever new skill we develop, we have to work at it until it turns into second nature, and becomes easy to perform. The same is with mind control.
When one is really free from thoughts they become free from their mind as both are one and the same thing. One comes to see and understand the illusiveness of the mind.
When the clouds hide the sun, the sun is still there, beyond the clouds. Our Essence, our inner Self, is always here. We only need to remove the sheets and covers that envelope it in order to experience peace and calmness. These sheets and covers are our thoughts, ideas, habits and beliefs. I do not mean to tell you that you have to stop using your mind. You need it in order carry on your life. I mean that it has to be under the control of the Self. It should be your servant to serve you right, and not your master

This quote is an excerpt from the "Visualize and Achieve" e-book.

Take time and care to live. To live without the memory of the painful rememberances of the past. Wake up from your nightmare and see the light of day shining before you. You are a very special person and you mean a lot to a lot of people. If you would go away there would be a tremendous void in the world. You bring happiness and joy. The past is gone, the future is what you can imagine. Dream the impossible dream that we are here to find purpose and meaning to our world. When you have this, you bring it into the larger world, your world.

The pain you feel are but shadows. They come and go, come and go. But through this pain and I am talking about going thru your pain you will be wiser and evolved at every level.

We go as though we are going somewhere and yet, there is nowhere to go. Around and Around in circles and things stay relatively the same.

The Dali Lama states: "Through a difficult period you can learn that you can develop inner strength, determination and courage to face your problems."

Beyond the chattering mind, there a feeling of well being. All beings are supported in consciousness. All beings were born in light, but personal experiences has dimmed this knowledge. And for some, there is no feeling of light or well being at all. Just for one moment, stop your thoughts. Take a hold of them completely. Stop and feel the silence. That silence is your true home beyond thought and experience.

Don't compare your path with anybody else's. Your path is unique to you. Whatever path you take, it is God calling you, states Ram Dass, spiritual teacher.

Make a list of all the things of which you are afraid. Keep the list with you and once in a while glance at your list. Ask yourself, Why am I afraid of this? The purpose of the list of fears is to show yourself that fear is created in the imagination first, and coupled with emotion, makes a pretty toxic reality. Your fears can be very harmful to your daily functioning. The present moment needs all of your attention instead of your focusing on something that may never happen. When fears come up, ask yourself, "Why do I have this fear?"

Our daily thoughts create the admosphere around us. Have thoughts of hate, malice,fault-finding,criticism or scorn, these same thoughts will come back to you the same. But have thoughts of love,
goodwill, sympathy, kindliness and cheer, these same thoughts will come back to you. We sow what we reap...As I have said all along, we are the saviors and redeemers..

The most challenging part of living for me is to stay completely in the very moment. There is a side of me that wants to create my future before I get there. Whenever this happens, I pull my thoughts back into the moment and keep my consciousness silent and empty. Free in the space of all possibilities and chance.

As Philosopher J. Krishna Murti states: "It is important to free ourselves of the known all thoughts and memories of the past to really be free to experience life in all its majesty and mystery."

Today is the kind of day that you put on your favorite music and maybe clean out a closet or a drawer. Just do something that makes you feel good...Or sit back and groove on being alive. You are alive and you have consciousness. Isn't that amazing?

Today, I feel the world around me. There is uncertainty in the air. I feel anxiety all around me and there is nothing I can do to make it go away. I miss my life of the past. I traveled and had a pretty good life.

I need to work. I feel so healthy and positive when I am working. I thrive on busyness. Be occupied in the moment. To be a positive force in life and to help others understand themselves better.
October 22, 2004
Today there is a breeze in the air. It is cool and comfortable outside. I feel so positive today and I thank the spirit for helping me to understand my life and everybody elses life. We are spiritual beings having a physical experience. We are here to create ourselves into the people that we ourselves admire. One must respect and love themselves before they can truly love anyone else. The Course in Miracles states: "We will give to another what we give to ourselves."

Your thougts in any given moment are your life and its quality. Quality of life comes from how we are thinking about life and the world around us.

I am thinking today about all the people who sacrifice their lives for other people. To be loving and caring for people you don't even know. I try to help people in the subway, especially if they are trying to make an honest living. When they sing in the subway or if there is a man giving out food for anyone who is hungry. There is also a homeless man who has two kittens that he has with him. He is very loving to those kittens. You want to give a quarter or dollar to help feed the kittens. Anyway, today is a new day to give thanks for all that you have.

For one day, just stop and reflect upon your life and the things you are experiencing. Most of the time, you will find that you are living in the now, but acting on the past. This time is only a memory of your past. People, Places and Things. We are never fully present, but are living on worn out memories that have no right to be in the present. See your life for what it is...Memory.

Stop and feel yourself, feel your thoughts. Now, put all thoughts out of your mind. Feel the freedom of the emptiness. Try for one day to keep all non-relevant thoughts out of your mind. Try this exercise and see if for 5 days straight, if you can stay fully present. Experience the moment with no memory of past pain and sorrow. Stay present and enjoy the moment in your personal freedom.

Heaven is a place on earth. It is when the inner world and the outer world are the same. The Course in Miracles states: "The world you see is what you gave it, nothing more than that."

When you think that you are constantly making impressions on your subconscious mind. The heavier the impression, the more likely it will become your reality.
The reason for this is that the subconscious mind doesnt know whether these impressions are real, or if they are not. So it adjusts your outer reality to match the impressions that are most dominantly being imprinted onto your mind.
This process is called the imprinting process. You must watch what you are printing onto your subconscious all day long. You must be vigilant at all costs. Thoughts are things and will come to life if left unattended.
Ask yourself: Do I want this thought to be my reality? If you don't, simply become aware of the thought. Your awareness will stop the thought from being imprinted onto the subconscious. By the Daily Guru

How can you expect anything in the world to make you happy if in your inner world you are unhappy?
If you find yourself constantly saying, that in order to be happy, you must have this thing or you must have that thing, then make no mistake, you will be unhappy shortly after you get it. Your aching will reappear.
Outer happiness starts from the inside. You will find that whatever you have, be it ever so little, you will be completely content.
Spiritual happiness does not come in the form of acquiring something, but in fact comes in the form of shedding something, namely your karmic baggage. Daily Guru

How do I find meaning in my life?
The only way to find true meaning in your life is to see that there is nothing worth searching for in the outer world. When your outer search starts to subside, your inner light starts to shine forth and then the world will take on a new meaning.
Instead of waking each day and wanting to go back to sleep, you will greet each day with zest and enthusiasm. You will be filled with motivation regardless of the weather, and life will become a marvelous adventure.
To enter this other world of enchantment, you must resist the temptation to seek external meaning. When your focus is taken off the outer, the inner will be ready to hand you the real rewards of life. The Daily Guru
