My
name is Linda Pendergraft and I am a psychic with mystical abilities. Allow me
to share with you my spiritual thoughts of the day. A mystic is someone
who perceives the spirituality and connectedness of all beings. A psychic is one
who can read other people's subjective thoughts. Each and every day our
skin sheds, our cells renew so we must purge ourselves of negative thoughts. All
is bright. All is new, fresh as the spring rose that is in bloom. Your life is
a garden, which is our thoughts. The beautiful garden is watered, pruned
and loved. Our awareness must be the same as a garden. We need to control our
thinking, always purging, fighting for the positive -- Linda Pendergraft

June 1, 2004 Negative thinking and positive thinking take
the same universal energy. So, stay in the positive no matter what may come up.
Stay centered and move neither left nor right. Stay single minded. |
June 2, 2004 The Daily Guru States: "Your world is shaped by
the words that come out of your mouth." Jesus said two thousand
years ago that its not what you put in your mouth that makes people sick, its
what comes out of it. The reason for this is that whatever you talk about you
believe in. That in turn, strengthens your belief system, especially when you
tell someone else. Then the belief becomes even stronger. "When two
minds are joined in one belief, that belief becomes so strong, it then becomes
reality." Watch what you say very carefully
.What you say, is
what you reap. |
June 3, 2004 We are the masters
of our destiny. No one outside ourselves can condemn us. We are the master over
our emotions. For now on, stop blaming others for the outcome of your life. You
are at the helm of your individual state of awareness. Take up your life as if
you were king or queen of your circumstances. |

It is important that we work in a job that we love. If we do not we are creating
disharmony within our soul. The only way that could change is if we believe in
ourselves enough to change what we do not like. We are born creators. In creating
from the inside out we extend our spirit into the world. Let that be a spirit
of positivity. |
June 5, 2004 There is no real sin. Sin
to me is when you stop listening to yourself. |
June 6, 2004
We are responsible for our life, no one else. We are in the place we are by the
decisions that we have made. Our life is a series of choices and those choices
determine the outcome. No one can rule our life but us. And when someone tries
to rule our life, it is up to us to defend our position. This is YOUR life and
no one has the right to tell you how to live or what to be. It is up to you. |
June 7, 2004 In order to rid your self of the past and the worry
of the future, you need to be totally in the present moment. This is the only enlightenment
there is. To be totally in the moment. |
June 8, 2004 Infinity
is all around us. God is in the moment . God is in the NOW. |
June
9, 2004 If you love your body, that is good. But, we are not our bodies,
but are the reflection of our thoughts. Sexuality is mental not physical!
|
June 10, 2004 What you believe will be reflected in the
world. Your belief systems are like mirrors. The world will show you what you
believe. |
June 11, 2004 The Tao Te Ching States: "If
you keep your mind from judging and aren't led by the senses, your heart will
find peace." |
June 12, 2004 It is important that you
inspect the thoughts coming into your mind. They are like robbers which enter
your mind and steal precious energy. Be aware of the thoughts that you harbor.
When thoughts come in that do not support spiritual thinking, stop them immediately.
Once they are recognized, they will instantly disappear. Negative thoughts of
past pain have a tendency of revisiting and ruining the present moment .You are
the master of these thoughts. |
June 13, 2004 Become a lover
and the world will love you. That is not a cliche. We must love ourselves first
before we can find love outside ourselves. When love flows within, then it can
flow without. It is an in/out situation. If you want love, then love yourself
and love will come back to you. |
June 14, 2004 I fight
negative thinking every minute of my life. When negative thinking enters my mind,
I immediately look at the kind of thoughts that are coming to mind, and ask myself:
"Is this relevent in the now? Are these thoughts adding to the progress in
my life,or do they hinder my positive progress?" Immediately, I push the
thought out of my mind, and think of something positive. We must learn how to
master out thinking and bring it into submission to our WILL. We control it, it
does not control us. Everything is nature is for progress. |
June
15, 2004 We are all one. One with God, and one with each other. |
June 16, 2004 The Dali Lama states: "When there is restlessness
--too much hope and desire which cannot be fulfilled--this causes unhappiness
and depression." |
June 19, 2004 We experience fear
when we look outside ourselves and we deny our true inner self. Any time we seek
outside of ourselves,we will feel extreme fear afterwards. This is because we
cut off and deny any expression of what lies deep within us, which is pure love.
If we are not feeling love, we are experiencing its opposite, which is fear. By
the Daily Guru |
June 20, 2004 You are responsible for the
thoughts you allow to occupy your consciousness. As the Course in Miracles states:
"Peace is a state where love abides and seeks to share itself." I believe
this means that we are responsible for our peace of mind. |
June
21, 2004 The only real power we have is to create our states of mind. We carry
our success in our daily thoughts. When you experience someone elses pain, this
tells me that all is one. As the Dali Lama states: "We need to see each other's
suffering as our own." |
June 23, 2004 Who am I? You
are a spirit, eternal and free. You currently have a case of mistaken identity.
You are temporarily in a body to learn that you are beyond a body, just as a caterpillar
must one day become a butterfly. All experiences you have in your life are teaching
you this. That is why everything you do to better yourself is just one more step
forward to reaching your potential. By the Daily Guru |
June 24, 2004 The Dali Lama states: "Patience and tolerance come
from an ability to remain steadfast. It is not weakness but strength. Small patiences
can produce long-term tolerance of hardship". |
June 25,
2004 What is pleasure? There are two types of pleasure. The first
type feels like pleasure, but is really pain. It is like a beautifully wrapped
chocolate, but when you bite into it, the package is full of nails. This
is the pleasure you normally experience in this world, but it cannot exist without
its opposite, which is pain. Because it is not real, it needs an opposite to validate
its existence. It is an illusion. All illusions have an opposite. The mind needs
a reference point. When the mind creates false pleasure, it must
also create pain at the same time, but will project this out at a later date so
you cannot see the connection. The other pleasure, which we normally
do not experience, is our natural birthright. It is within us all the time. It
has been called the Kingdom Of Heaven. It doesnt need any type of external stimulus,
it is just is. We need do nothing. Because this type of pleasure
is real. It does not have an opposite. The only way to access it is through peace
and quietness in the present moment. By: The Daily Guru |
June 26, 2004 We are all bonded in the same spirit. The Course in Miracles
states: "What you do to another you do to yourself. "What you give to
another, you give to yourself." That is why we must love all people because
essentially, we are One. |
June 27, 2004 In our perception,
we are all limited...Did you know, WE ARE BORN TO WIN. A book written by Dr. Eric
Burne psychologist. If we knew of no limitation by negative thoughts, do you wonder
what we can achieve? Unlimited possibility expressing thru mankind...To stay positive,
no matter what. When negative thoughts come to mind, replace with something positive
like a smiling baby, or the lick from your dog...You know those small somethings
that make us stop and appreciate life and its beauty in the non-things. |
June 28, 2004 I always took negative reaction with a grain of
salt. It was interesting how the people in my life were shaping my
perceptions from a early age. However, I always had an inner knowing that the
adults didn't have MY answers to what I was experiencing...I believe when
we are children what is happening to us has a lot to do with how you
will view the World and the people in it. If you didn't trust the adults
i.e. our parents, then you usually will not trust people in life. What
happens to us as children can deeply affect us for the rest of our life.

June 29, 2004 Joseph Campbell, author of Power of
Myth said: "The kindgom of heaven is spread upon the earth, but man cannot
see it." He meant that Heaven is a place on earth and without our conditioned
mind, we would be able to experience the kindgom which is all around us and within
us---in the present moment. The kindgom is a mind that is free of all thoughts.
It is total clarity in the moment. |
June 30, 2004 You are
a beautiful person with unlimited potential. |
