Our low self-esteems are just illusions we created for ourselves. Do you know that you are perfect, just as you are? Is there a cure in the world for my feelings of pain and quiet desperation?
Do not seek relief of pain outside of yourself. Pain is within, so is the cure.
It is possible to get temporary relief in medicine or you can dull out the pain by going from partner to partner and even by going to wild parties and drowning yourself in booze, but that's like sweeping dirt under the carpet. Eventually all the pain starts to seep through and will create mess and havoc in every aspect of your life.
Go back within and face the pain and fear. Pain and fear are like wild dogs. If you run from them, they will chase you, but if you stand and face them without any fear at all, they will turn away from you. Most importantly, find out whats causing the pain. By doing this, you will nip it in the butt.
