My name is Linda Pendergraft and I am
a psychic with mystical abilities. Allow me to share with you my spiritual thoughts
of the day.
A mystic is someone who perceives the spirituality and connectedness
of all beings. A psychic is one who can read other people's subjective thoughts.
Each
and every day our skin sheds, our cells renew so we must purge ourselves of negative
thoughts. All is bright. All is new, fresh as the spring rose that is in bloom.
Your life is a garden, which is our thoughts.
The beautiful garden is watered,
pruned and loved. Our awareness must be the same as a garden. We need to control
our thinking, always purging, fighting for the positive -- Linda Pendergraft

| April 1, 2004 The Dali Lama says: "History has shown that the
ceaseless efforts to push for progress in material things over the past century
has brought human beings to nowhere. Instead, there were pains after pains troubling
human beings." This tells me that material possessions are not the answer, but
to know thyself is why we are here.To know the God within. To really commune with
spirit. Spirit knows all things and sees all truth. Think of God as being the
branch of a tree. You are the leaf on the tree constantly being nurtured if you
are open to believing in yourself. All is good and all is right in the ray of
creation. |
April 2, 2004 To try to master fear
makes fear powerful. Fear need not be mastered because fear is not real. It is
in your mind and you have to power to change your mind at anytime. Remember, one
day at a time is all we are given to live |
April 3, 2004 Positivity
is what creates life. Negativity weakens the life force. The life force is an
active energy. Always moving, always creating, always changing its form. |
April 4, 2004 The Course in Miracles states:"All our time is spent
in dreaming. Our sleeping and waking state has different forms, and that is all!".
What this means is that we usually live in a state of illusion -- an obscured
veil that we take to be real. We live by our emotional pain. Everything in the
present is a reflection of the past. When we sleep no more, we will see that we
were the author of our sleep and not a vision in sleep. |
April
5, 2004 Tell the people that mean something in your life that they mean something.
Don't forget to tell them you love them. Time is like dust in the hand. When you
open your fingers the dust falls away. That is life, constantly slipping away.
Remember that everyday is sacred. It is the day to forgive yourselves and those
who have hurt you. It is said that "Forgiveness is a gift to yourself. People
who hurt you know not what they do." |
April 6, 2004 We are
here to find our authentic self before the pain and sorrow masks our reality.
In finding our authentic self, you will experience certaintly, love and freedom.
This freedom was described by J. Krishna Murti, the noted Indian philosopher.
as freedom from the known with all its sufferings. When you reach this state,
you will know God and true freedom. You will be completely empty and thoroughly
full. |
April 7, 2004 We as human beings are all the same
physically and mentally. We all have potential. We do not know the power of nature.
Can you imagine always having the ability to respond to negativity instead of
reacting. We can do this by first knowing that every moment and instant is new.
Today has no time for past situations or regrets. Knowing this, we have no enemies.
Remember, the only enemy is the self reflected outward. When you have it right
with yourself, you will never react to situations again. You'll always respond
to the now new and bright as a clear a summer day. |
April 8,
2004 The Course in Miracles states: "God is love, and therefore so are you".
I believe that in our deepest sense we are God incarnate in the physical. The
challenge is to accept ourselves beyond all our experiences to date. We are here
to learn about our personal individual power. To believe in ourselves 100%. The
thought is "I AM". |
April 9, 2004 As I have said: "Life,
nature move in a positive direction." The larger world is being reborn everyday.
|
April 10, 2004 When we find out who we are, we will realize
that in the present moment we are perfect. We don't have to create anything. Everything
is already complete. |
April 11, 2004 In God's creation,
all is already perfect. Heaven is on the earth. Heaven is in the Now moment and
is experienced in our state of awareness -- our state of mind. |
April 12, 2004 "Each day death strikes, and we live as though we are immortal,"
states the Gita, a Hindu bible. This, I believe, means that in a normal mental
state, death is not a preoccupation. Death to me is a doorway to another dimension.
We on earth live in various dimensions. These diminsions are determined by our
emotions, and what we believe is important to us. |
April 13,
2004 God is creative genius. We already know that the rose is in the seed.
Do we know what is in us? We always think we have to acquire. But do we allow
ourselves to unfold? We know our truth. We know why we have the desires we possess
-- usually to confirm who we are. "If I obtain this I will be special. " Well,
you are special just the way you are, even with all of your so-called imperfections.
You are a child of nature free, beautiful and alive. |
April
14, 2004 We are always surrounded by ourselves in fields of opposites. There
is a saying that "sames endure." That is true. We look to the larger world for
ourselves. We are more comfortable with those who hold the same values as we do.
In reality, there are no two people alike. We are all unique in our expression.
We need to find our outlet for that expression. |
April 15,
2004 It is important that we are able to be in the moment. In the moment entails
strict attention to the tasks at hand. When we are in the moment it enables us
to fully participate in the activities of the now. Now needs all of our energy
to function properly. If we are constantly thinking about our past, we lose the
beauty of the now. The past is gone, only to return if you think you could have
done things differently. We can't change past pain, but we can deliver ourselves
from present loss. Remember we are free from all pain of the past. Take a deep
breath and feel the moment. |
April 16, 2004
If you find
it difficult to stay in the moment, then you need to see how your emotions are
tied to your past. It is important that we face all of our painful rememberances
and bring them to the surface of our consciousness. Then, and gently, let them
go. If it is your mother or father, sisters or brothers, who have caused you pain,
you need to face the realization that they did hurt you, and you must give forgive
them. This forgiveness is really a gift to yourself. When you release them, you
release yourself. |
April 17, 2004 In the present moment,
the only reality is the silence of your mind. With this silence, you remain totally
present, but present in silence. Whatever comes out of that silence is truth.
|
April 18, 2004 Each day that passes cannot be relived,
nor can we have our days back. Live in love, and all will be well and full of
peace. |
April 19, 2004 Spiritual awakening is to be totally
in the present moment. The Course in Miracles states: "The only time there is
is now. It is before time was and will be when time is no more." |
April 20, 2004 A Course in Miracles states: "All our time is spent in dreaming.
Our sleeping and waking dreams have different forms, and that is all. When we
awake all there is The Now. Totally and completely present. All healing lies in
the present. 100% pure energy. I believe that our thoughts create the magnetism
we carry around us. Our thoughts determine our success we carry it within us."
|
April 21, 2004 Another beautiful day is before us. Push
all negative thoughts out of your mind. All is perfect, all is new, all is beautiful
in the mind of God. The Course in Miracles states: "All life is within us. We
are co-creators with God." No one is better than anyone else. We are all special.
We are all creators.
|
April 22, 2004 Remember, unwanted
thoughts leads to anger. Anger causes weakness. Negative thoughts are weakening
to the spirit. Think only positive thoughts in place of negative ones. Weakness
weakens the ray of creation. All is good, all is positive in the ray of creation.
Stay present. |
April 23, 2004 We must learn to trust and
believe. We must discipline ourselves. The mind is like a druken sailor all over
the place, thought after thought after thought. We need to learn to guard our
thoughts by pushing away the unwanted thoughts. You have to control yourself before
you can control anything, or anyone. But, once you can control yourself, you will
not want to control anyone else. The world will reflect back to you what you really
are, and the world will fall into place perfectly made for you. Chaos leads to
order. |
April 24, 2004 Hell is a mental experience. Do you
know that forgiveness is all that is necessary to find the love of God. In forgiveness,
our hell becomes heaven, which is also a mental experience. |
April
25, 2004 Being part of life keeps you strong and in tune with the movement
of life. As life moves, you move, too. When you are isolated, there is no movement
and life becomes stagnant as a body of water receiving no nurishment. The water
becomes polluted with resentment and bitterness for the outcome of your life.
Yet, you were the author of it. Your choices made your decision. |
April 26, 2004 Spiritual evolution occurs when you can come to a state
of total awareness in the moment, and obtain a quiet mind. A totally quiet mind
is what we are searching for. When this is accomplished, then you have reached
what the Hindus call a heavenly state, the state of Nirvana, the state of bliss.
From this state, anything is possible because you are not tied to anything out
of your past, and you are not worrying into the future. You are totally in the
now , to deal with what has to be accomplished today. |
April
27, 2004 A Course in Miracles states: "Forgiveness is the need of the world,
because it is a world of illusions." What this means is simple: We do not live
in ultimate reality, which is endless joy and peace. We live, however, in an imaginery
world created by emotional wombs of the past. The pain in the past is relived
in the present with new characters, but it is still the same pain. |
April 28, 2004 The Course in Miracles states: "Remember anyone you
meet as it is a holy encounter. As you see him, you will see yourself. As you
think of him, you will think of yourself." What this means is that we are all
one. As Jesus states: "I and the father are one." I believe we are connected to
each other in the mind of intelligence and in the mind of God, which is through
and all around us. Believe in yourself. Trust yourself. Love yourself. |
April 29, 2004 You can only be really good to others when you are
truly good to yourself. Charity starts with your own needs first. When you feel
secure, you can give others the feeling of security. We are the center and the
people around us are the circumference, who are actually reflections of ourselves.
|
April 30, 2004 To have lasting peace it is important that
you believe in yourself beyond all that has supposedly happened to you. You are
not the experiences, you are someone having the experiences. Our true nature beyond
these experiences is peace. We are here to experience ourselves without the pain.
The pain of the past is just that, gone. Make up your mind that you will be free,
free from the remembrances of the stress and sadness that this pain has caused
you. |
