My name is Linda Pendergraft and I am a psychic with mystical abilities. Allow me to share with you my spiritual thoughts of the day.

A mystic is someone who perceives the spirituality and connectedness of all beings. A psychic is one who can read other people's subjective thoughts.

Each and every day our skin sheds, our cells renew so we must purge ourselves of negative thoughts. All is bright. All is new, fresh as the spring rose that is in bloom. Your life is a garden, which is our thoughts.

The beautiful garden is watered, pruned and loved. Our awareness must be the same as a garden. We need to control our thinking, always purging, fighting for the positive -- Linda Pendergraft

We are hypnotized from the womb to the tomb, states Joseph Campbell, author of Power of Myth. This is a new year to make a difference to yourself and your life. Whenever you have negative thoughts about anything, experience the thoughts, know what you are feeling and why you are feeling the way you do. Now, release it to the universe. The life force will respond and create what you imagine. Whatever you dwell on will become so.

The unconscious does not know the difference between good and bad, right and wrong. It is a creative medium and responds to our thoughts. Not all thoughts will be actualized. Each day you should be working towards new things. Stay positive and be happy because this is all there is, the here and now moment. I write these words and do not know where they come from. I have read a lot on positive thinking and positive living. I enjoy reading something that is inspiring and uplifting. I try to dwell on the good things in my life and stop thinking about what I do not like or allowing thoughts about my future to enter in my frame of thought in any given day. The future is always in the now moment.

The world is moving so quickly so we have'nt got time for the pain. We must move with the world. Don't get stuck to the past, but create the present the way you want it to be. Start by forgiveness to those who abused you and misunderstood you. They, I believe, feared themselves. Fear makes people do abusive things and have abusive behaviors. It is the fear that does this. Fear is rewarding to some, but poison to others.

Spirituality is knowing who you are. It is having self-realization. I am that I am.

Can you imagine how beautiful it would be if you lived life 100% assured. In otherwords, Life is a very positive experience. That all experiences are lessons towards you individual power. You see, we have no power when we don't know what and who we are. The power comes when you realize the I am in your nature. What does that mean the Great I AM....It means just that, I AM that I AM. Embrace life for it is a flower in bloom. It is the raindrops in the summer. It is the dew in the early morning. It is life and it is majestic and in bloom.

Try focusing on what you have and not so much on what you don't have. Compared to other parts of the world, we have a lot. America I heard an Afghan say this is " heaven on earth". When he went into one of our supermarkets all he could say was "heaven."

All of our days are special days when we are conscious of our pain. These are the days that really matter. To live in emotional freedom...

We imprison ourselves. Then we blame fate. We have power over our so-called fate. We are fate, we create fate by the way we allow ourselves to think. Each day is a positive experience to discover the great "I AM." Nelson Mandela stated: " Our real fear is to know how powerful we really are." Master over our own shortcomings. Master over how we allow ourselves to think. Create positive and your health and life will be much richer.

Each day I access how I am thinking. Am I thinking on the negative or the positive. And if I am thinking on the negative, what am I going to do about it? Should I let my thoughts rule my day? Is it a negative or positive world? What does it mean to be positive? To be outgoing, to be loving and caring. What does it mean to be alive?

It is important to read books by people who are high achievers. Those who have gone the extra mile. Those who have gone far beyond their upbringing. Those that have turned their life in the positive direction and maintained that direction. Taking negatives and turning them into positives that is what is asked. The ray of creation is positive, all the way.

I am waiting for the universe to send me my next set of circumstances. What will I have to learn next, I ask myself. I have experienced many emotions and tragedies. Some emotional hurts I thought I would die of a broken heart. The pain went so deep inside me. I have also experienced great joys and feelings of positivity and strength. There are days I can feel so good and assured, then there are other days that I can be so sad and depressed. Deeply depressed. There are days I miss my sisters and brothers very deeply. My family and I are not close, but I still love them and miss them.

Everybody in the life including my employer make me feel that the only value I have is my appearance. Yesterday, my boss was commenting on my appearance. I said to her, "I hope I am doing a good job." All of my life, up to now people have made my value to be my appearance. That to me is so lonely and cold. What happens when you start to age, does that mean, you have no more value. What about qualities of caring and loving as a person does that not count?

When your karma is balanced, you will have a free mind to create what you want to create. There are a lot of creative people who haven't contended with the wounds of their childhood. They are creatively successful but inside there is hollowness and emptyness.

The script that is written is with us for the rest of our lives. If you look at life closely, everything is going around in circles in stages of three.

Courage is a special kind of knowledge; the knowledge of how to fear what ought to be feared, and how not to fear what ought not be feared. From this knowledge comes an inner strength that subconsciously inspires us to push on in the face of great difficulty. What can seem impossible is often possible, with courage. Anonymous

The mind is the limit. As long as the mind can envision the fact that you can do something, you can do it---as long as you really believe 100 percent. Spoken by: Arnold Schwarzenegger

No one can tell anyone how to live their life. Individuals must learn to trust in their own knowledge and power within themselves. The answers to their experience is within them. The most important knowledge is to, "know thyself." There you will find the truth, your own truth.

What is it that you really want? How do you think you can go about obtaining it? Have you taken measures to achieve your wants? These are some of the questions you must ask yourself. Your life is a business and must be organized like a business. There must be profit in your life as to the wants you have.

Today I miss my family so much. I spent the early part of my 20's staying close by to my one sister, Catherine. I truly love my sisters even if they treat me disrespectfully. I believe that "They know not what they do." Afterall, they were born into the same family and have their own scars from childhood. We become sum totals of all the people we come in contact with growing up. Their words and deeds have a bearing on us. Who and what are we?

Today I feel that my older sister is dangerous to me. She has a little psychology and she uses her knowledge to bring me down. She will not see me as me. She has an opinion about my self, my real self. She wants me to hurt like she hurts inside.

I am always one to be honest with myself. The truth is that I miss my family. I miss just going over to my oldest sister's house and hanging out with her and her children. Now, we don't even speak. My older sister put a wedge between myself and her children. Now she would say to me, "Get your own kids." This hurts me so badly. I helped my sister when she was in need. I have hugged her and told her that I love her. She just won't let me be myself. Perhaps she compares herself to me and I don't even realize it. All I know is that I am very cautious around her these days. I haven't seen my sister for at least10 years. I send her a christmas card and she sends me one. Last year she sent me a card, but did not sign it. She in her jealous way wants to hurt me. She knows how sensitive I am. I was upset about it, but I went on with my life. I am thinking about the times I would go over to visit when I was younger. She is a good cook and I enjoyed eating her food. How can I fix this situation? What can I do to bring us close again. These are my thoughts today.

Negativity keeps us enslaved in negativity. We become trapped like caged animals. Life is a very positive experience because it is in our own heads. Life reflects our thoughts. Emotion fuels thoughts. What we believe with a whole heart will manifest in our experience, so watch what you are harboring in your thoughts.

I have learned that all we really have that is lasting is our self-esteem and our own opinions about ourselves. We carry our self in our minds. The daily thoughts that you entertain become your fate, your reality. Thoughts are things. What you put out comes back to you. Everything around us is creative. We are in the bosom of nature. We become what we think ourselves to be.

I like keeping busy An idle mind is negativity's workshop. What is hidden, will be revealed in consciousness.

Sharing my thoughts is very important to me. That is part of my mission. For a brief period, my current journal will be under construction. I welcome you to take this opportunity to share my ideas over the past year.
I hope to have my current journal up again shortly. Thank you
